Now the way we live our life is not very balanced. Throughout the day, our body goes through routine activities from waking up in the morning to going to bed at night.
However, sometimes we forget these activities and do not pay attention to them. Gautam Buddha used to work a lot, but he never felt tired.
Even now, there are intelligent and pious people who work as hard as a very successful person in a large company. And even when they go to sleep at night, they are not worried or stressed about anything.
One day, Buddha’s friends asked him if he ever felt tired. The Buddha replied, “When I do nothing, I do not get tired.” It may sound strange, but it means that when we rest and take breaks, we feel less tired. Spirituality calls this “witnessing”.
It means to see yourself doing something. This happens when your body is moving and working, but your mind is calm and not thinking too much.
Today many people feel tired without any reason because there is no good balance in their life. A person is feeling tired because he has done a lot of activities and his body needs rest.
The other person is feeling tired because it is normal for our body to get tired after being active for a while. When you start feeling tired and grumpy for no apparent reason because you no longer have the same interest or interest in things as before, it could be a condition called fatigue syndrome.
That’s why it is necessary to do yoga, pranayama, and meditation every day. These activities help us to relax and feel at peace. There is one more person who can do this for us. We are like toys that this person controls. Thinking this way can also make us feel less tired. What’s wrong with thinking this way?
